Play date with the Davis'

On March 15th, we went to my dear friend Leah's house for a play date with her cute kids. Leah has two sets of twins--all born naturally!! She has one year-old boys and four year-old girls. The kids had a great time playing in their beautiful backyard and enjoying the Davis' toys. It's so great to have a friend who totally gets the craziness and joys of raising multiples. I love Leah so much and I am so grateful for her friendship. These are some pictures of the kids having a picnic lunch outside in the Davis' yard.

Fun in the Backyard

The kids' new favorite thing to do in the backyard is to push each other around in their Cozy Coupe. It's so cute to see them really enjoying each other and being able to play together happily. These pictures were taken on Easter, April 4th.

Grandpa and Grandma West came to visit from California

It was such a great weekend because my parents came out to visit us from California. They are such wonderful people and I feel so blessed to be their daughter. They look so incredible for their age also. If you can believe it from the below pictures--my dad is 81 and my mom is 74. They are such amazing grandparents to my kids. My parents have 41 grand kids and 10 children and it always overwhelms me to think of how they did that as I struggle to be a good parent to my four. They are very special people and I love them so much. It amazes me how well my kids remembered them for not seeing them since Christmas. They remembered them right away as grandma and grandpa and freely gave them hugs and kisses. Friday night my parents took me and Jeremiah and Jeannine and John out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse to celebrate Jeremiah's birthday which is coming up very soon. It was such a fun night and we always enjoy it when my parents come in town. Before they drove back to California on Saturday they came by to say good-bye and I captured some great shots of them with my kids.

My mom with my kids--isn't she beautiful?! My mom is my shining example. I hope to be the kind of person she is one day. I love her so much!

My dad with my kids--I love my dad so much. He is such a kind, loving, cheerful and patient man! People always tell me that I look a lot like him. What a compliment because he is so handsome!

Freestone Park again, but with Daddy

On Saturday March 6th, Jeremiah and I took the kids to Freestone Park to ride on the cute little train they have there, play on the playground, watch the ducks and have a picnic. It's so rare to have Jeremiah home on a Saturday morning, so since he was, we took advantage of doing something fun with the kids. Jeremiah has been working so hard lately including Saturdays on all of the home he's flipping. I appreciate all the long hours he's putting in to provide for our family, but it's sure nice to have him around! We had a wonderful time and the kids had a blast! The weather right now is just perfect. You've got to love springtime in Arizona.
Weston, Brynlee and Cambria had fun climbing on the little coin-operated carousel.

Their little faces looked so cute as they rode on a carousel for the first time.

Weston enjoyed "driving" this old Chevy with Addison on the hood.

Look at Brynlee's happy face! I just love her little dimples!

Addison was having the time of his life!

Isn't Addison just the most handsome little boy?! He loves to swing.

What handsome boys!

The kids are getting so big. They're learning to climb up ladders and chains to get up on play structures. It amazes me how fast time has flown by. They're almost 3!

Fun at Freestone Park

On Wednesday March 3rd I decided to be spontaneous. I felt bored of our same routine, so with Maria's help I got all of the kids ready and loaded the car and went to spend the morning at Freestone Park and then afterwards we went to McDonalds for lunch and the kids had a grand time playing in the play area. It is really getting so fun with these little kids because going places with them is more doable now. It's nice to have them getting to the age where they really enjoy doing all these fun things. Freestone is such a beautiful park. We went to two different playgrounds there and the kids loved watching the ducks. At McDonalds the kids loved eating French fries and chicken nuggets. It's fun that we're doing more stuff that kids that are born one at a time do. I'm so incredibly grateful to have Maria's help. Without her, I wouldn't be able to go many places safely with these four little munchkins.
It was a very fun day!!
Every time I would give Addison a push on the swings he would just giggle with joy!

Maria took a picture of me with the kids running through the field.

Brynlee standing by the play structure. She's been going through a stage lately where she's very frightened to try new things or is very shy in new places. This was one of those days for her.

Grandma and Uncle Ray's Birthday Party

On March 7th Jeremiah's family got together at our house to celebrate Grandma Cluff and Ray's birthdays. Ray is Jeremiah's brother-in-law and the kids now call him Uncle Ray after much practice with Ray having them repeat his name. Our kids absolutely have a blast with Uncle Ray. He's a great play structure for the kids to play on. This post is just a collection of some cute pictures of the kids from that night.

Mommy and Weston...I just love this rough and tumble little boy!

I just love my sweet little Brynlee!

Addison had fun playing with the tissue paper from the gifts.

I just bought the boys some new baseball hats and I love it how Addison put his on backwards just how Daddy wears his baseball hats. I love my handsome, sweet Addison!

Here's Brynlee and Cambria with their biggest fan--Grandma. I'm so grateful to my in-laws, Paul and Rochelle, for all the love they show my children.

I just bought these shirts at Old Navy and I just cracked up when I saw the year 1994 on the back of their shirts like this was so long ago. That was the year I graduated from high school. I am getting old!

I love this pictures of Addison just chilling in Ray's b-day present. That's Uncle Ray in the background.

Ah....sister love.

These are just some sweet shots of the gang all together in their new clothes. It amazes me how much joy these four little people have brought to my life. I feel so lucky to be their mommy.
